Thank you to all our families who have sent back their re-enrollment packets for the
2021/2022 school year. Our re-enroll numbers are amazing! We very much appreciate your attention
to this matter. In the upcoming weeks we will begin to prepare and plan for September. Our best laid
plans can only happen when we have a full picture of our present students returning for another
school year.

There are some important dates coming up concerning re-enrollment. Although there has
been an increase in the 2021/2022 tuition cost; sending your completed re-enroll packet for all your
students in to school by 2-26-2021 will provide a $50.00 discount off of next year’s tuition. Yes, that
is for each of your students’ tuition cost.

Our re-enrollment fee for each student is $75.00. This nonrefundable $75.00 fee will
automatically be added to your Smart Tuition account whether you have re-enrolled your children or
not. The only way to avoid this fee is to contact our Admissions Office and provide in writing your
intent to not have your child/children return in September. We ask families who have made this
decision to please complete the appropriate Withdrawal or Transfer Forms and submit them by
Wednesday, February 17, 2021 to avoid the $75.00 nonrefundable fee.

During the week of January 14 we sent home re-enrollment packets with our oldest students.
Some packets were given out at school and others were mailed to our virtual families. If you have not
received your re-enrollment packet;
please contact our admissions office.
Families with virtual students are
responsible to return their student’s
re-enrollment packet as well as their
intent to not return following the
above dates. These documents can
be mailed directly to school/Attn:
Admissions or dropped off at our
main entrance during school hours.
