Our Ramailo
Assembly Reflection
It was the 12th of November when our Rami-
lo Assembly was scheduled. I was really excited and
scared. I was using the bus to get to school. When we
arrived at school I started feeling anxious and I wanted
to go home as quickly as possible. I was very nervous.
I went inside my classroom. I found that some
of my friends were also nervous. After some time, we
had to change into Newari dresses. We had separate
rooms for girls and boys to change. The boys changed
in the teacher's room. It was not cozy. Our teachers
also made us wear some makeup, which I did not like.
Then we went to the A-level building. We had
been assigned a room. We stayed there until it was
our turn to perform. Our first item was a Nepali poem and it also went very well. The whole

didn’t feel scared. I pretended that there was no one
there. That really helped. The drama went really well.
