Year 2:
Turnover $500,000 - staff 3 (including you).

  Like year 1, only this will be coming towards you quicker. Your first-year apprentice will be getting pretty helpful, especially if they are working well on their apprenticeship and following the processes in the HOW folder. They should be able to be left on jobs to prewire or fit off once you have worked through the plan with them.
  5 YEAR PLAN FOR LOCAL
Year 3:
Turnover $800,000 - staff 5 (including you).
Y3EAR
GOAL
$xxk Per Month = $500k Turnover
  First medium project +$400K staffed part time by you and two full timers. That first year apprentice that you have been investing in is now running this $400K for you. You will need to pop in and certainly help him with decision making on the phone. He is likely to be running 1 to 2 others with him. Your job now is to help coach him to get the most out of the guys under him as well as getting though his tasks too. This is a new set of skills that we all need to learn. Some feel overwhelmed at first and need to find the way it suits them best. We have plenty of experience in this and some helpful tools to make it easy.
Jobs of this size and bigger need a lot of admin, H&S, and ongoing QS assistance. Most tasks will need TA’s written; many variations will need to be priced. This is where a strong motivated head office team is going to come into its own. We will be right there putting the paperwork forward before it is needed!
