Original Builder Decks
Some units were originally built with rear deck(s) in either off-white or gray stain (shown below)
The original builder gray and off-white colors may not be used on new decks. Decks with the original builder colors must be
brought into conformance with the existing color palette when repainting/restraining, and/or replaced.
Applicants are reminded to comply with all applicable Fairfax County codes for railings and construction techniques
