Security lights (floodlights)

• The fixtures shall be a typical residential security lights (floodlights) with a light source directed downward
to minimize the impact of any glare on neighboring properties
• Placement of security lights (floodlights) shall be made as to illuminate the homeowner’s property and
minimize the impact of glare onto adjacent properties
• General area security lights (floodlights) are not permitted
• Motion activated security lights (floodlights) are encouraged
• Security lights (floodlights) are not to use used as a replacement for any entry lighting or other decorative
light fixtures
• The fixtures shall be located on the rear elevation and must be mounted:
1) under, or immediately below, the eaves and shielded
2) under an upper deck and shielded
3) through the wall and shielded.
