Color Palette
There are seven original color schemes, each of which include siding color (either cedar siding or fiber cement board siding),
trim/garage door color, and shutter/front door color.
Changes to individual property color schemes require a DRB application
Please refer to the chart above for your house’s specific color scheme

Please note: Non-gloss exterior paint/stain shall be used for painting/staining the exteriors of
Ridgewood Cluster townhouses (trim excluded).
