Front Entry Door
• Doors may be metal
clad, fiberglass, wood, or
composite construction
• Font doors and fames
shall be painted to comply with
the color palette of the
townhome
• Smooth
• 6 panel
• 2 panel/6 light
• Fan light
• Four Panel/2 light

Sidelites
• Each door style is paired
with approved side lite styles.
• Solid lites are either a
solid panel, or a solid sidelite,
whose panels match those of
the door in size
• Solid side lites can have
square windows that match the
size of the top panel or
windows of the door
• If both door and slidelite
have glass, the glass type must
match
• Glazing shall be either
clear glass or frosted. Etched
glass is not permitted
• 3-panel
• Full view, clear glass in
wood frame
• 2-panel / 1-lite
