Walkways and Patios

**Any new installations must be in conformance with this standard and every home in compliance by
April 16, 2029**

• Maximum width of the front walkway is 48” (four feet)
• Entrance walkway may be constructed of concrete, patterned and stained
concrete, dimensioned stone (slate) pavers, or random-sized stone (slate) pavers
• Pavers may not be installed on top of existing walkway
• Supporting concrete slabs shall be recessed so the new paving material is flush
with common area sidewalks

• Rear yard patios shall be set back 2’ (two feet) from rear and side lot lines
• Patios may be constructed of concrete, patterned and stained concrete,
dimensioned stone (slate) pavers, or random-sized stone (slate) pavers
• A DRB application is required for the installation of walkways and patios
