Stipulation:
1. The decorative portion of the light such as finials on rear lights may not be mor than
2” in height;
2. That the maximum output for light fixtures be 60 watts of light; and
3. That any new installations must be in conformance with this standard and every
house in compliance by April 16, 2029

Rear Entry Light Fixture

• Any model whose size is less than 10” in height and 8” in width, excluding security lights
which may not be installed in place of decorative light fixtures. The measurement does not
include decorative portions of the light such as finials.
