Windows

**Any new installations must be in conformance with this standard and every home in compliance by
April 16, 2029**

Materials

• Aluminum frame fixed pane or sliding
• Frame widths not to exceed 1 ¾" on the head, sill, and jamb, and not to exceed 2"
width for the central mullion
• Frame material of metal, metal clad, wood, vinyl, or composite
• Window glazing (glass) shall be clear but may have a low E coating
• Insect screens are permitted
• Window frame color shall be dark brown or bronze
• Window trim shall be the narrow jamb extension of the window

Stipulations:
1. That replacement windows for a single townhouse shall be the same type, color, and
dimensions as the existing
2. That non-conforming windows shall be replaced with the approved windows when
replacement is required
3. windows that have been previously closed must be reintroduced during the next siding 01·
window replacement
4. That submission of a DRB application is required for the installation of windows
5. That any new installations must be in conformance with this standard and every house be in
compliance by April 16, 2029.
