Trim for Hardiplank siding option only:

Azek or Hardi Trimboards should be used for all trim and painted existing, according to DRB-
approved color palette with the stipulation that all siding and trim be replaced at the same time with
the approved material, and that there be no alteration of the design, dimensions, and profile of the
existing trim.
