Stipulation: When a deck is re-stained/repainted, repaired, replaced and/or altered, or when the
house is sold, whichever comes first, the deck must be brought into conformance with the current
cluster standard for exterior colors for decks in Orchard Green Cluster.

Homeowners may choose any manufacturer so long as the proposed composite color closely
