• All metal elements of the railing must be black
• All elements (rail caps, handrail supports, fascia boards, vertical support posts, and wood railings) must be
painted to match siding, or a clear/colorless sealant
• Olympic Semi-Transparent stains #704, 709, 713, 716, 717, 727
• Underlying deck structural elements (such as floor joists) and deck surface planks may be left to weather
naturally
Stipulation
• All colored wood elements of the deck and railing must be painted/stained the same approved color
