Elevated Decks (All Sections)

• PVC, color: to match siding
• Pressure-treated wood, color: to match siding
• Board-on-board or louvered
• Size: max of 6’ H x 3.6’ W

Stipulations

• Privacy screen must be included as part of the design diagrams and submitted as part of a Design
Review Board (DRB) application.
• Applications to the DRB for construction of an elevated deck is required and must include
measurements and copy of that plat.
• Privacy screens must be painted or stained to match the wood elements of the deck
