Replacement Decks/Railings

• Must be simple vertical picket wrought iron railing.
• The wood understructure and deck wood trim piece must be stained to match house siding or Simi
transparent stain (see color palette)
• Ground level decks may have wood railings left to weather naturally
• All elements (rail caps, handrail supports, fascia boards, vertical support posts, and wood railings) must be
painted to match siding or a clear, colorless sealant

Stipulation:
• Fascia boards must be installed to cover outer edge of deck floorboards
