Siding
• Composite (with the exception of Hardie plank) may be installed, but only with prior DRB approval. Trim
boards may be wood or PVC and painted according to the DRB-approved color palette standards
• T1-11 or 76 Series LP SmartSide Panel Siding, Cedar Texture Panel, 4” reveal spacing
• Hardie plank siding, Sierra Woodgrain
• Planks: 7 ¼” wide, groves 1 ¾” wide

Stipulations:
• The siding of an entire house must be replaced at the same time with the approved material
• No two adjacent homes are allowed to be the same color.

The Board notes that the siding will be painted in accordance with the DRB approved
exterior color palette for Hillcrest Cluster.
