Trim
• Match house siding color or is an approved color from the Cluster Palette
• Trim capping: (aluminum coil or vinyl, dimensions must not extend beyond the sill or moldings where it meets the
brick or siding of the house, color: to match house siding color)
• Trim color: painted to match house siding
• No mullions or muntins allowed

Cap Flashing
Location: (to cover the top of firewalls separating the roof of the townhomes). Color: (SW Oxford Brown)

with the following stipulations:
• All cap flashings must be cleaned and maintained;
• All existing cap flashing not in conformance with the above must be brought into conformance upon substantive
repair and/or replacement

Gutters/Downspouts:
Color: (gutters must be dark brown; downspouts must be Oxford Brown; if caps are used,
they must match the color of the gutters)
