Privacy Screens
 Privacy screens are permitted only along the two outer rails of a deck which run
perpendicular to the rear plane of the house.
 Privacy screens are not permitted on any deck rail extensions which so not run perpendicular
to the rear plane if the house.

 Privacy screens, including frames, may extend to a maximum height of six (6) feet above the
deck.

 Privacy screens may extend to any length, but not beyond the end of the top rail, however
the outer frame of the screen must rise from its farthest point along the top rail at an angle
of 30 or 45 degrees towards the house until the outer frame meets the top frame of the
screen.

 Privacy screens will be of a diagonal lattice design.
 Privacy screens will be constructed of the same material and color and have the same finish
as the deck.
 Privacy screen lattice itself must be composed if 1.5-inch-wide strips which from 1-inch
openings throughout the screen.
