Additional Approvals:

• Patio doors (“Comfortworld” CL22, hinged 15-Lite) as an additional cluster standard with
the stipulation that the patio door be painted in conformance with the Design Review
Board-approved color palette.
• Patio doors (Anderson, Frenchwood, outswing, with “colonial grille” grids, Newbury style
hardware, color: “brushed chrome”) as a standard with the stipulation that they be painted to
match the color of the trim.
• Lifestyle, Double Sliding Door, vinyl, with grids, color: white or off-white or cream to
include existing or replacement transom
• Trim capping (Comfortworld”, aluminum, color: beige) as a standard with approved
McCormick “Cypress” trim for front of houses.
