Doors

• Front pedestrian doors and side panels may be different colors or may be painted the same color as
one another.

• Front pedestrian doors and side panels shall be painted in conformance with the DRB-approved
color palette from the Benjamin Moore Affinity Collection to include:

Storm Doors

Storm doors shall be painted in conformance with the DRB-approved color of the current exterior color
palette for doors, or a standard manufactured color such as black, brown, green, or white.
