Doors

Storm Door

• Color of screen/storm doors shall be white, green, brown or painted to match the home’s current accent panel color.
• Full-view or self-storing.

Front Entry Door

• Styles with square or rectangular panels or window panes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Kick plates, not to exceed 6” in height, may be installed at the base of the door.
• Any door similar to the approved contemporary options.
• Rogue Valley, Urban Series #4022, solid, 2-panel, color to match current approved color palette for doors
• Doors shall be painted in conformance with the DRB-approved color palette (no wood stains)
• Solid, flat door (no panels or windows)
• Solid panel door with ¾ upper rectangular panel and ¼ lower rectangular panel (no windows, example S93)

Stipulations:
1. Front pedestrian door replacement shall require submission of DRB application for Staff review.
2. Front pedestrian doors must be brought into conformance at time of sale.
