Fences

Fence

• Replace the front fence with one constructed of T1-11 of the same dimensions as the original,
painted/stained in accordance with the approved color palette for fences in the Hillcrest Section
• Replace the fence with an evergreen hedge (minimum 4ft. height), installed in the same location as the
original fence
• Remove the fence and or hedge with the stipulation that the front property that was behind the fence/hedge
be simple landscaped (lawn or plantings) with no structural elements (i.e., patio or deck) or additions that
would create an activity area. The Board wants to discourage a cluttered appearance in the resulting highly
visible area.

Design/Color
Original front and rear stucco fences were approved to be replaced with T1-11(6/14/88) painted “Saffold Way Beige”
(ARBOR BOARDS MUST BE RETAINED)
Some houses have board-on-board rear fence (stained Olympic Solid Stain “Oxford Brown”)
