Patio Doors

• Windows as part of a sliding glass door assemble on the rear of a home must match the exact dimensions of the
original door, with three (3) equal lites, or use a nominally smaller overall dimension assembly, with three (3) equal
lites.
• In the event of the later, exterior walls must be extended to make up the overall length, utilizing the same finish as the
siding and trim on the rest of the home
Stipulations:
1. Different manufacturers and vendors may be used so long as the windows conform to the above standards in design,
style, dimensions and color;
2. Applications which conform to the above standards may be reviewed by Staff; and
3. The Hillcrest Cluster board must be made aware of all decisions, including decisions for applications that are reviewed
by Staff.
4. If you are not using one of the above manufactures, are replacing only a portion of windows on your home, or your
proposed windows/patio doors do not exactly match existing in overall dimensions, configuration and style, your
replacement will require an application
