• All cap flashings must be cleaned and maintained;

repair and/or replacement

Gutters/Downspouts
Color: (gutters must be dark brown; downspouts must be Saffold Way Beige; for end units, downspouts not
on the party wall must match the color of the siding; if caps are used, it must match the color of the gutters)
