• Pressure-treated wood deck floorboards, no specific paint, stain, or sealant color required

• Pressure-treated deck structure, left to weather naturally
• Deck must not exceed 14’ from main house wall
• Deck must be set in at least 2’ from adjoining properties, unless a privacy screen is installed along property line
• Facia boards must be installed to cover outer edge of deck floorboards
