Deck Privacy Screens

Deck Stairs
Spiral stairs must be black metal and wood stairs must be pressure-treated wood

Entryway Stairs

Townhouse style homes with an elevated pathway to the front door: Stairs and walkway leading to the door can either be
left as natural concrete, stained/painted with a clear/colorless concrete stain, or painted a solid natural concrete color.

Roofs

• Unit owners must bring their roof shingles into conformance with the approved color palette and materials
when the roof needs to be replaced.
• You must begin your installation within six (6) months and completed it within eighteen (18) months. Please
notify your Covenants Advisor upon completion of your project.
• Note: Please be advised that it is your responsibility to ensure that your project/modification is completed in
accordance with the specifications listed with this approval, which may not match the specifications
submitted with your application.
