Front Door lites

• Two (2) square top lites
• Fan lite
• ¼ rectangular light
• ½ lite
• Raised or recessed panels or flat, flush

Stipulations:

• Fan lites may not be installed in the Bridges section
• All glass must be clear (Not Colored)
• Lites must have no decorative caming
• Lites must have no muntins and mullions(grids)

The DRB notes lites with decorative caming or grids require an individual application and will be reviewed on a case-by-case
basis to determine the visual impact of the proposed caming or grids.

Rear Patio Doors:
New patio door must exactly match the existing in overall dimensions, configuration and style, will not need to submit an
application. However, you will need to inform your advisor of the change and which preapproved standard sliding patio door
you installed so it may be noted in your file. Patio doors in the Bridges section of Hillcrest Cluster do NOT have grids and
have brown frames. The trim is Olympic “Oxford Brown”.

Windows as part of a sliding glass door assemble on the rear of a home must match the exact dimensions of the original door,
with three (3) equal lites, or use a nominally smaller overall dimension assembly, with three (3) equal lites. In the event of the
later, exterior walls must be extended to make up the overall length, utilizing the same finish as the siding and trim on the rest
of the home
