11154, 11156, 11158), which may be sealed with a clear-coat sealant if all boards are replaced at the same time to
ensure even wear/aging, or must be painted Oxford Brown/post caps color: black)
• Gates: must match fence style
• All existing fences not in conformance with the above must be brought into conformance upon substantive repair
and/or replacement.
• Replacement of an existing fence adhering to the above does not require a DRB application. Any deviation from the
original fence design requires a DRB application.
