Siding

T1-11 or 76 Series LP SmartSide Panel Siding, Cedar Texture Panel, 4” reveal spacing. Composite (with the exception of
Hardiplank) may be installed, but only with prior DRB approval. Trim boards may be wood or PVC and painted according to
the DRB-approved color palette standards.

Stairs

Front entries with elevated pathway to the door – Stairs and walkway leading to door can be either Saffold Way beige (shown
below), clear colorless concrete stain, or painted a solid natural concrete color
