Doors

Front Entry Door

• 6-panel Door with clear glass in the upper two panels
• 6-panel door (no glass)
• 4-panel door with fanlight
• 4-panel door with top glass fanlight (etched, decorative, clear or opaque
glass)
• Must submit photos with the stipulation that they be painted in accordance
with the DRB-approved color palette.

Siding/Trim/Doors

• All siding and trim on all elevations be replaced at the
same time with approved material.
• No alterations to design, dimensions and profile of
existing siding and trim.
• Painted in conformance with DRB approved color
palette.
• Replacement siding and trim finish be similar to wood
(textured siding and smooth trim).
• Panels same color as the siding.
• Trim width for vertical trim or height for horizontal
trim must not exceed 5/8” more than the original
trim width or height.
• Materials: (vinyl, PVC, or aluminum)

• Color: (to match house siding color)
