Fences

Fence Design

• Board on board
• 6 Feet in height
• Fence to match design, material construction
• Top of fence to be maintained horizontal
• If ground slopes the fence is to be stepped
• Bottom of fence to be no mor than 6’ above grade level at
any point (Follow the grade).
• Post Caps for all existing and replacement fences. (Gray or
Black, may not be illuminated)

Gate
• If gate is required it must be the same design, material,
construction, height and color as the fence.
• Top to be stright and flush with the top of the fence (not
rounded)
• Board-on-board can have solid gates

If a gate is required, it may either be the same board-on-board design construction as the fence or a different solid
board design construction (finished side out), using the same material, height, and color as the fence.

The top of the gate must be straight and flush with the top of the fence (not rounded).
Post caps are limited to gray or black and must not be illuminated.
