Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the Design Review
Board.

Slider Windows

• Slider windows may be replaced with equivalent
type/dimension sliders, casement. fixed or combination of
casement and fixed

• Fixed windows may be replaced with equivalent
type/dimensions fixed or casement

• Fixed windows may be replaced with equivalent
type/dimension fixed, casement or awning. (end-unit side
elevations only)

• Slider windows may only replace existing slider windows and
not existing fixed windows
• New window frames must match the bronze Color of the original window
frames

Trim Capping

• For vertical trim or height for horizontal trim must not exceed more than 5/8” of the
original trim width or height
• Materials: Vinyl, PVC, or aluminum
• Color: Must batch the DRB approved trim color for the respective home’s brick color
