It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that your project/modification is installed and
completed in accordance with the specifications listed with this approval, which may not match
the specifications submitted with your application, AND to follow the project conformance
requirements for each element. Please refer to your individual project/modification category
requirements

• Fixture identical to the original fixture (round glass globe with
–––black frame fixture)
• Fixture to match the approved standard front light fixture
installed on the house with the stipulation that only clear,
uncolored bulbs (non-swirled) may be installed.
