Notes and Stipulations:

• All exterior home changes, including siding, trim, and door colors, must be submitted to the Reston
Association (RA) Design Review Board (DRB) for approval.
• No adjacent houses can be the same color pattern.
• No Olympic Avocado homes can be adjacent to Olympic Forest ones.
• No Olympic Spiced Red homes can be adjacent to Olympic California Rustic ones.
• No Olympic Heritage Blue homes can be adjacent to Olympic Mountain Pine ones.
• Trim refers to all window and door trim, facia, rakes, and soffits.
• Gutters and downspouts must match or be painted to match the surfaces on which they are mounted,
except for downspouts mounted on stucco surfaces. Downspouts mounted on stucco surfaces must
match the trim color of the house.
