Railings Color and Material:

• Vertical pickets 2" x 2" composite top and bottom caps, color: to match composite decking
• Vertical pickets 2" x 2" wrought iron, wood top and bottom caps, color to match house trim
• Railing height from deck floor to the top must be 36”
• Wood railings must be compatible in design with the existing cluster standard wrought iron
railings. Including an upper trim board, directly below the cap rail and a bottom fascia board
both outside of the railing
