Fences

All fences and trash enclosures must be painted with Olympic Oxford Brown in color.

Decks and Railing

Please see the deck section for decks and railings color, material, and design.

Roofing

• Sealron 240 "Cedar Brown" or equivalent in color to match.
• CertainTeed, Landmark, architectural shingles, Color: Heather Blend.
• All masonry and stucco surfaces shall be painted with Martin-Senour "Cashew" (MI-0036).
• Attic fan covers, vent pipes, and metal chimneys shall be painted to match the roof color.
• The metal roof above the front door of the B model townhouses should be painted to match the
house trim.
