Color Palette

Cluster-Wide Rules for Color Selection

• Homeowners are to choose any combination of one neutral trim color with one
accent color for shutters and doors (not to be the same as the neutral color)
• Shutters and front doors colors must match
• Storm doors must match either the front door color (preferred) or trim color
• The color palette prohibits two adjacent homes have the same accent color unless the
home is an end unit having no shutters facing the street, in that case, the front door
may be the same color as the adjacent home
• The new colors to be implemented when the siding, doors, shutters, or storm doors
are replaced or repainted

Trim
• Window Trim capping/cladding (coiled aluminum or vinyl) must match the house
trim color and must not extend beyond the sill or moldings where it meets the brick
(or shingles) of the house.
• Adjacent homes should not be stained the same color
• All colors shown are McCormick brand
