                  Stipulations:
                      •  That homeowners choose any combination of one neutral trim color with one accent
                         color for shutters and front doors (not to be the same color as the neutral color.
                      •  That shutters and front doors must match
                      •  That storm doors match either the front door color (preferred) or the trim color; and
                      •  That the color palette prohibits two adjacent houses having the same accent color
                         unless an adjacent house is an end unit having no shutters facing the street. In that
                         instance, the front door may use the same color as the adjacent house.

                     The Design Review Board notes that the McCormick colors are used for purposes of the
                            standard. If another brand is used, the colors must be a very close match.
