For all siding options, brown and black windows are permitted.
White windows are only permitted for gray siding homes.
Window Trim Capping:
The Window frames may be made of wood, aluminum, or vinyl. If the windows are
made of aluminum/vinyl, the exterior window casings/sills can also be covered if
desired.
