• Must be located in the same location as the original unit
• Should be of similar size of the original unit (GE Weathertron)
Stipulations:
a. No window air conditioning is allowed in Cocquina Cluster.
b. Soften the view of the unit with shrubs to help shield it from view and buffer
its sound.
