Sheds
• Roof styles are to be flat angle or single gable. Must be the same color of the
shingle on the property.
• Composed of 3/8” or 5/8” thickness T1-11
• Sheds must be stained the same color as the house siding.
• Sheds shielded by a privacy fence – the shed roof must start at or below the
fence line.
• Sheds attached to the home – the higher side of the shed roof must be attached
to the home.
