original door
• meet the DRB-approved color palette
(refer to Exterior Colors Palette)
• Color be harmonious with approved
exterior color

• Doors may be one of the following
configurations:
o One sidelight
o Two sidelights
o No sidelight
o Double doors
o Single door (from two to nine panels)

Glass Inserts
• Clear
• Frosted
• Stained
• no muntins allowed

Rear Entry Doors

• Sliding glass
