Submission of a DRA Application Form (with neighbors’ signatures and the signature of one Cluster Board
member) is required for pre-constructed storage sheds. DRB may require modifications to the design, detailing,
colors, or materials to bring it into compliance with the RA Cluster Design Guidelines.

• Match color of the house
• Height of the storage shed should not exceed the
height of the fence
• Shed roof must slope into the property owner’s yard
• Storage shed must be located in the rear yard
• Locate shed against rear wall of town house
• Locate under the deck against the rear wall
• Located against the privacy fence. (if this option is
selected shed must be screened from neighbors
view by fencing or substantial landscaping at the
rear of the property
