Club’s Business Model










          Operationally, the Club generates 53% of its revenue
          through food and beverage, 9% through other revenue and
          38% through annual dues; its operating expenses lie in
          payroll (75%), occupancy (14.5%), operating (6.75%) and
          administration (3.7%), for an overall surplus of 0.5%.

          The Club’s Capital Fund is generated annually through the
          Capital Levy ($770,000) and Entrance Fees (approx.
          $1,000,000), and funds capital projects such as ongoing
          building maintenance and the redecoration of individual
          rooms. As of 2023, the Club’s membership is very healthy;
          55% of Members have been at the Club for 10 or more
          years, while 45% have less than a 10-year tenure.

          The Club has a contingency fund invested with Jarislowski-
          Fraser.
