TEST ADMINISTRATION
The PFDSF may be administered individually or in group. Though the test is
expected to be finished in 15 to 20 minutes, there is no definite time limit to which the
test must be accomplished. Test examiners are advised to refer to the following
guidelines in administering the PFDSF.
BEFORE TEST ADMINISTRATION
1. Secure a conducive, well-lit, well ventilated, and quiet room for the test takers.
2. Prepare the number of test protocols according to the number of test takers.
3. To ensure consistency and avoid possible errors in answering the test, test takers
are advised to use pencil no. 2 in answering the scale.
