Dr. Jessie Anne T. Demetillo, T3 campus secretary facilitated the roll call of attendance. She
likewise presented the agendum as The CvSU General Trias City Campus Updates on
Accreditation Preparations.
Prof. Noel A. Sedigo, pointed out the three areas to prepare and consider: the Virtual Room,
PPP, scanned documents, and templates.
Mr. Mikael Florenz Nuestro presented the Accreditation Virtual Room for Gen. Trias City
Campus. He explained in detail each of the areas and the interface of the system.
Prof. Sedigo suggested that Mr. Florenz must at least follow the Virtual Room created by
Tanza Campus to make it simple, easy to recognize, and access.
Prof. Sedigo requested each of the Area Coordinator give updates and feedback on the
preparation of the documents for accreditation.
No further matter was discussed.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
