                                     MEETING FOR VIRTUAL GRADUATION BATCH 2020

                                                 MINUTES OF THE MEETING


               Present:
               Campus Administrator (Ms. Sidamon, Ms. Hayag & Mr. Cajigas/Prof. Sebastian)
               Campus Secretary  (Dr. Demetillo)
               IT Department Chairs (Mr. Villavicencio, Ms. Senaris and Mr. Nuestro)
               MIS Coordinators (Mr. Comiso, Ms. Busog and Ms. Banag)
               Registrar (Ms. Anonas)
               Registrar/Admin Aides (Ms. Perida and Ms. Alarca)

                   The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. via Google Meet, arranged by Prof. Noel A.
               Sedigo, Campus Administrator, T3 Campuses.

                       Dr. Jessie Anne T. Demetillo, T3 campus secretary, facilitated the roll call of attendance, and
               all were present. She likewise presented the agendum as The T3 Virtual Graduation Preparation
               for Batch 2020

                   Prof. Noel A. Sedigo, solicit an idea and recommendation from the attendees for the date of
               Virtual Graduation for T3 campuses Batch 2020. The said date is to be forwarded to the Office of
               the Vice President for proper scheduling.

                   Information Technology department chairs suggested that Virtual Graduation for Batch 2020
               is right to be scheduled on September 12, 2020, considering the preparations needed and the
               other planned online campus’ activities.

                   Prof.  Sedigo  reminded the registrar  and  the  registrar aides  and  admin aides to  help  one
               another with the things needed for the said activity.

                   Prof.  Sedigo  suggested  that  activity  should  have  central  committees  to  attend  to  the
               preparations, and these are as follows:
                   Chairman          –      Ms. Pamela Daphnie R. Busog
                   Vice Chairman     -      Mr. Keno A. Villavicencio
                   Members           -      Ms. Mary Ann Anonas, Ms. Rogelyn Alarca & Ms. Noemi Perida
