 Avoid accidental starting. Be sure all switched is in its “OFF” position before
performing any service, maintenance, or cleaning procedures on the unit.

 Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper
footing and balance enables better control of the hydraulic hand saw in
unexpected situations.

 Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Always wear
approved safety impact goggles when using this product. Approved hearing
protection must also be used. Wear safety shoes for added protection.

2.3) Tool Use and Care

 Do not force the hydraulic hand saw. Use the correct equipment for your
application. Correct equipment will do the job better and safer at the rate for
which it is designed.

 Do not use the hydraulic hand saw if the hand lever does not turn it on or off.
Any equipment that cannot be controlled with its hand lever is dangerous and
must be serviced by a qualified technician.

 Store idle equipment out of reach from children and other untrained persons.
Hydraulic hand saw are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

 Maintain equipment with care. Do not use a damaged tool. Tag damaged

equipment with words like “Do not use” until repaired.

 Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any
other condition that may affect the hydraulic hand saw’s operation. If damaged,

have the equipment services before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly

maintained equipment.

 Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model.
Accessories that may be suitable for one equipment may become hazardous for
another.

2.4) Service

 Equipment service must be performed only by qualified repair personnel.
Service or maintenance performed by unqualified personnel could result in a risk
of injury or damage to the machine.

 When servicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts. Follow
instructions in the “Inspection, Maintenance, And Cleaning” section of this
