Concrete Pre-Compactor

The patent-registered re- ompactor consists of an internal vibrator
integrated in the concrete hose. The s stem has the e ect that the
concrete is lightl li uefied at the end of the hose so that it is more

or able. The surplus air in the concrete escapes directl hen
the concrete comes out of the pump hose. The concrete pre-compactor
ensures a continuous o of concrete ith lo mechanical load
on the pump arm.

The pre-compactor is operated b means of a fre uenc converter1.
