13 Warranty

13.1 Warranty terms and conditions

This appliance is covered against construction defects by a warranty lasting one (1) year or 600 hours (whichever
comes first) from the date of purchase, if the appliance is used and maintained according to the instructions pro-
vided in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE manual. The warranty is void if the
appliance is used for purposes other than those indicated in this instruction manual. The warranty only covers
the original parts required to use the product. The following consumable parts are not covered by the warranty:
electrical cables, rubber parts, pipes, brushes, electrical parts, etc.

If you encounter any difficulties when using the appliance:

– Return the appliance to the Klindex support centre. The transportation costs are borne by the purchaser and

must be paid in advance (cash on delivery not accepted). A copy of the warranty certificate must be sent together
with the appliance to be repaired. No work will be performed under warranty if the warranty certificate is not
sent with the appliance.
– Klindex will repair the appliance and/or replace defective parts at no extra cost within a reasonable timescale
after receiving the appliance.

The manufacturer is responsible only for repairing the product and replacing the parts found to be defective.

In the event of a malfunction or defect:
a) the manufacturer may not be held responsible for any work not completed.
b) no claim can be made against the manufacturer nor any other type of compensation. There are no warranties
other than those specified here. There are no other forms of warranty which extend beyond those described here-
in, or other forms of warranty promised by dealers of the appliance.
